1. Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not damaged or altered.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- The item was purchased through Chloe Cookware’s website.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
3. Requesting a Return or Refund
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by Chloe Cookware (incorrect or damaged items).
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Chloe Cookware is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method (although we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund you in cash at the time of the next delivery or via another method of your choosing, depending on the situation).
- Please note that the refund process may take up to 10 business days.
6. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same process as a return. Once we receive the returned item, you can select an alternative product of equal value to exchange it for.
- If there is a price difference, you may need to pay the additional amount or will be refunded the difference.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue and your order details.
- We will arrange a return or replacement for defective items at no additional cost to you.

- Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment option, orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before the product is dispatched.
